It promotes GABA produciton, which is neuro-transmitter that produces relaxation and calm, anti-anxiety. L-theonine is found in Green Tea, and has been used by Buddhist monks for milenia to aid meditation.
This is in addition to Melatonin and Ashwagandha, plus Magnesium complex.
