Update from this mornings arraignment for Nick Rekieta.

*Charges are 25 grams of coke
*Gun enhancement
*Child endangerment
*50k bail, random drug testing, can't leave state, can't possess or be around weapons or ammo
*He is representing himself and his wife
*April, the mistress, was already gone when it was his turn - he was unaware of this - she probably already rolled over and took a plea bargain
*Almost forgot - the judge he shit talked on his drug/drunk stream a few days back, the one that is overseeing his civil case, is apparently the one on this criminal case. LMFAO god damn.


Apparently there is some serious time possible with this combo of charges for Nick. Even a sweetheart deal will probably carry at least some jail time and probation along with a sizeable fine. Not to mention what's gonna happen with custody of the kids if the state steps in. What a fucking disaster.
