In Tallahassee, Florida a former Black mayoral candidate and community activist was arrested after police say he robbed a Dollar General store at gunpoint.

According to reports, the suspect—identified as Whitfield Leland III—was apprehended after authorities followed a trail of cash left behind in the parking lot.
