Hovator's a serial liar and a slimeball who can't be trusted with a one dollar bill but Mike was at the top of the grift and allowed the rot within to fester despite many prior warnings. Nearly everyone within the NJP turned out to be spineless with little integrity except Greg Conte but his behavioral issues also leave one in doubt about him.
