I think its going to be an "option c" scenario:
>non-White ethnics squabbling amongst themselves
>Whites squabbling amongst themselves
>team a and team b taking shots
>"elite" interests squabbling amongst themselves
>foreign states vying for revenge or a vassal state
Not to mention the gangs and other "organized" interests.
The US is going to be the Balkans on Pervatin.
