US nominates any existing model it would like to see for taiwan. Consider these 3 models

1. Cuba model
2. Hawaii model
3. Puerto Rico model

China agrees to implement any of the chosen models for taiwan in a stepwise manner with the US.

If the US wants to change the model before starting, it can eg. if it wants to grant independence first
