Trying to find a sweet spot again - baking frozen croissant dough in the solar oven used to be a snap but I might not have realized that was because of the time of year I was doing it.
Right now it's hot enough by afternoon that I need to use air conditioning. I have the thermostat set as high as I can make work for me and the mildew problems in the trailer. But that is too much cold air blowing from above down onto the dough - it doesn't want to rise.#SolarCooking
