    @kaia i have a feeling this will not cause any controversies. because minecraft was designed to support resource packs, and people who do NOT like it - like me - can just drop another resource pack into the packs folder next time they run 1.21

    speaking of that, 1.21 is actually like a whole new era, since its the first major release to not support 32-bit desktops
