@Mordantivore i can see why but i feel like this particular bill is much more about criminalizing pro-palestine organizers and re-treading/trying to reify 2020 injunctions against masks during the summer uprisings

i think that a culture of masking would have slowed this but repressive state apparatuses have been seeking to criminalize masking for a LONG time, both within and before the COVID-19 pandemic
