    This is infuriating. I don't have money invested...anywhere, but if I did, it wouldn't be in Exxon or any other oil company

    Mega corporations have always used #lawsuits to get what they want & SCOTUS has always obliged, but the frequency & targets has increased & the targets are increasingly becoming "small people".
