    This is the dumbest fucking deceleration I've seen. Some of these are just basic human rights and are not (nor should they ever be) specific to women. You don't need to repeat rights that are already established in the western world, only the things specific to women that never had to be explicit before.

    Like 1~3 make perfect sense. 4-5 should be on the rights of everyone to openly discuss issues of sex and gender (even the trans people who insist it doesn't matter. Both of you need to be able to have the right to discuss either thing freely without persecution).

    I guess 6 is okay if it's declaring a right that's already defined (voting), but still .. that's a right that should go to everyone since you're authoring this today. 7 needs to be more specific, and it needs to contain the word segregation ... I know you don't like that, but that's the issue at hand.

    8 is stupid; unprovoked violence against anyone is an issue.

    9 is too vague. People can weaponize the word protect. The trans says giving the child hormones is protection somehow.
