@amerika inhalation is pretty much the worst possible way to do it. It causes a lot of not good things. I know I’ve done sufficient harm to my lungs which is why I’m quitting.

The pipe is probably something I’ll go back to at some point, as long as you’re inhaling and very moderate, it should be ok.
