    I feel this. I don't miss her, but I miss the idea of her. I miss an idealized version that stayed in my life and watched her grand-daughter grow up and maybe had a relationship with her where she kept her 'wisdom' to herself and focused on what was important. Unfortunately, we can't choose our relatives. Found family is better for the soul, if you ask me. 🥰
