...they had reimbursed her for the cost of sending the records over. She also asked me to call them tomorrow and ask them to call her personally so she could give them the information verbally as well. I will write a brief letter to my claims representative explaining everything and asking them to call my doctor's office tomorrow to update them and also make arrangements to fax them the updated records.
At least I now know that my doc has my back and is fighting for me.
