PhoenixSerenityI not only submitted an appeal, I emailed Matt too. No response yet. I asked for link to download my data as well. I also fwded a few emails I sent recently, asking for admin help - which I never got any responses on & told them, it is why I started tagging them to try to get a response to my multiple help request emails.
