Tbh some good sourdough, cheddar and swiss together, lots of butter in a frying pan or on flat top, shit comes out great. You could add tomato and bacon but that might upset the purists. I personally would throw some chopped rosemary, garlic, S&P on the bread while I'm sauting to give it a nice crust, but that's me.
