On a Southwest flight to Seattle. Just want to come out and say fuck this airline.

Southwest used to be so refreshing. So much that living in a Southwest hub city was part of why we moved to Denver.

But now 1) they aren’t cheaper, 2) they aren’t reliable, 3) other airlines have the same friendly cancel and rebook policies, and 4) it’s impossible to get a good boarding position in their cattle call boarding process unless you pay extra.

They are now a very expensive Chinatown bus.
