JazzyIf there's no expectation of privacy in the us and someone sees something lewd in public and records it, but maybe the thing they saw in public and recorded in public was verboten...what would happen? Does the verboten law trump the no expectation of privacy law? What if it was a security cam that recorded it so no human had a say in the matter?
