But it requires long term thinking and an EU that doesn’t frame success through “Digital Single Market.” The amounts we’re talking about are a drop in the bucket. Instead we have folks begging for scraps from NGI, NLNet, etc., to implement “this or that feature”. This piecemeal approach is the problem.
