@alshafei Why does it matter who is on the board, then? Why is a Twitter co-founder there, specifically? You say the non-profit won't influence product direction. That contradicts the press release, which says the project will take the board's "guidance."
If the guidance revolves around running a nonprofit or a startup, I assume there were many possible alternative board members who didn't co-found one of the most successful centralized corporate social media websites that ever existed.
