running is cool because you get these little vignettes of people's lives as you zip past. mom pushing kid on a swing, family saying goodbye to a beloved visitor, choir kids on a field trip, so so many dogs getting walked, neighbor unloading groceries, a couple out for a bike ride

anyway my first official on-program long run of the season is in the books, down to the boardwalk and back, a perfect day for about an hour and fifteen minutes of easy #running
