From what I've read over the past several months is that charge wasn't included originally bec they didn't think they needed it & they believed it would be too difficult to prove intent. Well, what do they say now that SCOTUS is about to immunize him? Sedition is certainly NOT within the scope of official capacity of a President. From where I sit, it may be the only chance
