I seriously reduced the size of my collection when moving to only the most interesting and rare.

When I die nobody better just dump off these books on Goodwill. Some of them are worth a fortune. I just noticed now I'm missing a large pre-civil-war biographical dictionare with thousands of pages, detailing the lives of people that were important in their time and forgotten. For example it has descriptions of dozens of American "utopian commune" leaders.
