We like to make fun of how many fags, trannies, diversity hires and unpleasant women form the core of the public servant workforce in Current Year, but it's pretty understated how many are simply young people with barely any experience in their given role who were tossed in there to fill a demand, and subsequently lack the skills needed to be decision makers.

Everyone, especially the lolbertarian type of person, has complained about government bodies at some point, but I don't subscribe to the idea that this is an intrinsic problem with public entities. More often than not, bureaucratic inefficiency can be solved through good leadership.

Alas, good leaders do not brownoids tend to make.
