The man in the picture is a photoshopped and AI upscaled version of notorious Yugoslavia War criminal, Alexi Gleasonavich of the merciless "black pants" division. This photo manipulation was made by unregulated, dangerous photo manipulation software to spread propaganda ahead of the 2022 elections. Please report any profiles using this man's pictures or anyone posting pictures of this man, these are cybercriminals who need to be reported to the authorities.
