of this as hindsight effects. We can see a successful disruption that did happen, so believe that it is possible and easy. The original cases that worked were probably just a good idea that blossomed, without the giant view of world domination. These evolved over time.

Now we believe that what happened was an mvp with iterative improvement (instead of evolving usefuleness) and that someone had a brilliant vision from the start.
