@freemayonnaise Debt is socially contrived, yes. It's not like a law of nature such as gravity. So we can, as a people, determine when, if, and how debts should be enforced or cleared. And as it turns out, people have an extremely negative view of student loan creditors, much worse than their debtors, and this thread has calcified that view for everybody in it. Thank you for that.
