Decided to stay up all night but I finally got around to doing an RGH 3.0 mod on my Falcon Xbox 360 a friend gave me. I still have the console apart though I replaced the belt in the DVD drive but I'm waiting for some white lithium grease to come in the mail so I can lubricate the drive rails and try mechanism. Once that's done i just need to get a 1TB HDD to replace the 20GB HDD and then the 360 should be good to go.

I kinda wish it was a jasper 360 though since they're considered more reliable than Falcons but Falcons are still considered pretty reliable
