It's ok to have different groups with different mentality and the same goal. Software Freedom allows that and people just have to chill and have a good time with their tribes instead of wanting to change a tribe to their liking, it might cause more damage. Like said, just make your own group, share code with the other tribe under gplv3 for whatever reason and be happy that you contributed for everyone including yourself.
