A hard part of having artistic vision is accepting that every cool idea you have won't make it to reality. Ideas are basically sperm cells, you're going to blast out millions of them - just keep a notebook handy and try to preserve the best, and if a few of the sea turtles make it to the shore, you should be happy. It's more than many people manage to accomplish.
