@PodunkPotato @sickburnbro It's not really imo, just a matter of whether someone's ideology first or principals first. I don't even think I'm not one of those is the "wrong" choice anymore. If you can't or won't reason your way into beliefs that allow for empathetic understanding of your enemies positions without compromising unnecessarily to said empathy, it's fine to pick an ideology and stick with it as the driver and moral compass. 🤷
