Yesterday i did the 7th #Bike2Work ride.
Track was A-0. Legs were burning because i rode also thursday but luckily i had some tailwind that helped a bit, i suppose 1-2 minutes of aid. Temperature was very warm, almost 20°C and i decided not to wear anything under the shirt.
On this track there was a PB from 2022 (one of the 5 PB from 2022 remaining), it was a weird best because that day i had to ride there was a unforecasted storm so i rode back home the day after. I think i was more in fresh conditions than usual when i go also by bike in the morning and in 2023 despite the more training, the time didn't improve.
Back to 2024, i crashed the best by 4 minutes 💪😎
Today was also the first time i ride in offroad gravel section with the new tyres, that are the most slick gravel tyres of all (vittoria terreno zero 700x38) and i was surprised by the offroad grip they had, especially in the ascends! Except a couple of seconds in a descend where my front wheel was totally unaligned with the rear but shhhh! 😜
Now i'm more willing to do the B variants with the ford with these wheels instead of the offroad set.
