Take onions and a lot of butter. Yellow them. 
Take any greens. Make inch sized chunks. Brown them. 
Take quart cup of red wine, beer or dark beer and the Panch and some salt to glaze. Let all liquid vape out. When it sticks add half a cup of water. Cook the greens until they fit your taste. Eat it then or:
