The whole book is about glownigger mind control. The first half talks about marc detroux and elite pedophile rings in Belgium and how they all end up tying together internationally. The second half is about commonalities between high profile serial killers, and the discrepancies in the mainstream narrative of their crimes.

My favorite part is where he talks about how the only death penalty George bush didn't approve was Henry Lee Lucas, and how they gave him gifts and HRT in prison. HRL himself said he had help with his crimes but has never specified who.
