If I wrote a book with different characters in it, and everyone who read it thought that character A, going around kicking puppies, was the bad guy and character B, giving all they earn to well researched charities, was the good guy — then I could insist all I wanted that it was the other way around.
I created the universe in the book after all, and in that universe A was good and B was bad.
No matter how much I insisted, it would not be true. Because morality is not dictated by will.
