@rees second jpeg makes me think it’s the college i went to. the one that has like 100k indian students enrolled in it. i know people who have lectured there who say flat out that 80-90% of the classes they lectured in this particular college were all cheating off each other during tests, assignments and exams. when questioned on course material they just pretend like they don’t understand what youre asking. some of them don’t even speak english ????
