Mister Moo 🐮@FediTips I understand the negative impact social media has on world affairs and society. I am not a Facebook user, never joined Instagram, and will not use WhatsApp because of Meta’s ownership. I respectfully disagree with you that instances should defederate from Threads given how diverse its user pool is likely to be. My goal is to see a thriving Twitter alternative emerge and I see Threads federation as a net positive in that fight. I’m not with you on this.
