I mean a lot of stuff could be applied but I kinda equated the startupbro practicioner who's treating hypnosis like coaching, yoga or insert anything else and disinterested myself in the subject.
More than the rigid inductions and the scripts of ericksonian and conversational hypnosis, I was more interested in how you could compare other practices like meditation or shamanic transe. Which is very interesting because it turns out a lot of social or spiritual rituals use inductive patterns, but from then and saying that shamans use a religiously charged form of hypnosis is just colonial vision. Like what we understand as hypnosis is in 90% of cases just ericksonian or conversational and conversational is basically still ericksonian.
So like being hyper aware of inductive patterns and not being too fond of ericksonian inductions, if I wanted to use hypnosis I would use different, more emotionally charged inductions. My favourite would be to get inspiration from psytrance music and get someone in a fever with it, but that isn't what most people think about as "hypnosis".
Altho I guess I could be interested in doing ericksonian hypnosis for someone else's kink reasons if I got to dress up as a campy stage magician, put the subject in a bunny costume and get my fun that way.
