He had dismissed the #UnitedStates #Embassy’s earlier #SecurityAlert about a possible #TerroristAttack in #Moscow as “obvious blackmail.” He had also claimed, w/o evidence, that #Ukraine was seeking to carry out attacks inside Russia “in places where people gather in large numbers.”
