One of the most interesting decisions in the case was on 1/25/24 when the US Judge decided in the ex-Apple employee's favor to suppress the majority of the SF FBI/DOJ's evidence against him due to an 1) Illegal de facto arrest 2) illegal searches of property due to illegal arrest 3) illegal warrantless surveillance of the employee's AT&T data, 4) illegal warrantless surveillance of the employee's Tesla data 5) additional illegal searches based on the prior acts.
