Bulletproof coffee (coconut oil, unsalted butter, plus honey) was a huge lifesaver for me when I had stomach trouble and had to rely on a lot of liquid calories. Very tasty, but a different experience from my normal morning black coffee. Key is getting it properly mixed without it exploding in a hot mess. Do not shake!
