EDRi2/5 Despite tireless advocacy from civil society, the #AIAct is riddled with:
❌ bans on dangerous AI that are as hole-filled as Swiss cheese
❌ double-standards for police, migration and security agencies
❌ many loopholes
It's clear: this is NOT a law that puts people first.
