10 year's a long time. the United States of America is heavily third world, parts approaching "fourth world", and yes I know where "first/second/third world" terms came from, I don't care. you know what I mean colloquially.

You're "DutchBoomerMan", Europe's got a better shot of surviving after this (USA) economic zone founders further.

I really doubt there'll be "virtual AI environments" with the absolute state of what remains of the White talent they have improving upon what tech is still improving, if barely.

We don't even have real artificial intelligence, just increasingly complicated pattern recognizers.
