Maybe because he had the entirety of the world fight him and manufactured propaganda continues decades later, but I don't find it fair to call him a puppet. I don't see any evidence for that besides circumstantial; there's far less evidence for claims that Hitler was a secret Rothschild or Jew / shabbos than for the Holocaust.
