    I really wish journalists would take their job of informing the public seriously. For instance in this case, Joanne Fabric was bought in 2010 by private equity company Leonard Green. Then in 2021, Joanne went IPO. The company is now heavily in debt, the CEO has cashed out and all that's left is the bankruptcy.

    Private equity is killing off American businesses. We need politicians willing to put a stop to it.
