So the Rwanda deportations are dead in the water, UNLESS either the Tories win the next GE, OR Starmer decides to revive the plan. (And Starmer, despite everything else, may be less inclined to trample on the rule of law, as a former Attorney-General who wasn't as deranged as Suela Braverman.)
