I was researching the internet to find out what is good for my health,
I found out that there is a type of milk called "A2 milk".
This is a type of milk in which the casein component of the milk does not harm the internal organs of the human body.
I also learned that the milk that is widely available is not A2 milk.
A2 milk is also available, but it is dependent on the breed of the cow and requires a special A2 carrier, so it is more expensive than regular milk. As a result, the selling price is a little higher.
I did a lot of research from there,
I learned that goat's milk is also category A2 milk,
I was like, "Oh! I was like, "Aha!
There is a store in my town that makes sweets and other things with goat's milk (I posted a picture of a mural with goats on it sometime ago, and there is the original store that uses goat's milk).
Someday I'm going to try that pastry shop that uses goat's milk.
