you guys have to understand that fighting this, especially in the case of yuzu specifically, is not futile. if yuzu would have stuck to the actual truth of what emulation intends, instead of giving into Nintendo because "they have lawyers", it's possible they could have won. regardless of what they got gaslit into thinking or saying, the primary purpose of yuzu was not to "circumvent drm", it was to provide a way to preserve video games for the future when these consoles are no longer in production. it has been proven time and again that emulation != piracy on the legal front, but oh well. nintendo wins again because nobody has the balls to fight them. shit is tragic
