@til @mischievoustomato gut flora is what I suspect in my own case too, here decades before I ever touched the bottle (I remember most of it being relatively sudden onset when I was... 11-12 or so? By 13 it was so debilitating I was practically on my deathbed but a few well timed interventions have allowed me to mostly recover and regain a high degree of normalcy in my life)
