Of course it is, then contraception will be outlawed. My member of the House, a religious zealot Chris Smith, has worked on this for decades, during his 43 years in the House. No one has heard of him because he’s purposely flown below the radar, never being interviewed, only taking contraversial votes when his vote is necessary, si he appears to be a moderate. This has been in the works for that long. Republicans and their rich benefactors have been very patient and never waivered from their plans.
